Puduraya Bus Terminal is a main bus station in Kuala Lumpur. It is catering for Northern and Southern area of Malaysia. The coaches arriving and leaving from and to all parts of Malaysia.
The bus terminal is situated in Jalan Pudu. It's on walking distance from Petaling Street. You can't miss it - if you do, the touts will surely find you anyway.
There is a STAR LRT station just beside Puduraya Bus Terminal. Check this website for Star LRT map routing of Star LRT
Remarks:
1. Taxis picking up customers, often charge an exhorbitant sum - sometimes refusing to run the taxi meter but instead negotiate on rates. The taxi rate hits sky high after midnite.
2. There has been many cases of snatch thieves, targetting foreigners in particular. Be careful especially when waiting for night coaches.
3. Touts! always touts!
